  • Courses/groups are subject to a minimum number of students.
  • Public holidays shall not be recoverable.
  • Attendance is compulsory for 80% of the course in order to obtain the Diploma/Certificate of Attendance.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

  1. In the event that the student decides to cancel their course BEFORE it begins, the Centro Superior de Idiomas will issue the following refunds:
    • 100% refund up to 15 days before the start of the course, minus €60 in administrative fees.
    • 50% refund up to 7 days before the start of the course.
    No refunds will be given after the established deadlines or once the course has begun.
  2. Requests for deferral of enrolment must be made in writing before the contracted period and incur a €60 administration fee.
