- The minimum age to enroll: 18 (16 with written parental consent).
- The maximum number of students per class is 15.
- The levels/courses available at any given time are subject to a minimum number of students per group.
- Weekly incorporation (not for A1) (see online form).
- 80% attendance is required to obtain a Diploma/ Attendance Certificate.
- Classes that fall on national & local holidays will not be recuperate

Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
- A 100% refund is given up to 30 days before the start of the first course of the contracted period (less €150 for administration fee) .
- A 50% refund is given up to 7 days before the start of the first course of the contracted period.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded if a cancellation is received after the deadlines established above.
- Change or transfer of registration will incur a fee of €60 for administration fee.
- Enrolments are personal and non-transferable.
- Students who have requested a registration in a Spanish Course in order to obtain a visa may only request a refund in accordance with the regulations they hace signed in the general Terms and conditions for Requesting Documents to Obtain a Visa.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and LSSI), the interested party has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
