Cancellation and Refund policies
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- A 100% refund is given up to 30 days before the start of the first course of the contracted period (less €150 for administration fee).
- A 50% refund is given up to 7 days before the start of the course of the contracted period.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded if a cancellation is received after the deadlines established above.
Transfer or change of registration will incur a fee of €60 for administration fee.
Students who have requested a registration in a Pathway Program in order to obtain a visa may only request a refund in accordance with the regulations they hace signed in the general Terms and conditions for Requesting Documents to Obtain a Visa.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and LSSI), the interested party has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
