Cancellation and Refund policies
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- A 100% refund is given up to 30 days before the start of the first course of the contracted period (less €150 for administration fee).
- A 50% refund is given up to 7 days before the start of the course of the contracted period.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded if a cancellation is received after the deadlines established above.
Transfer or change of registration will incur a fee of €60 for administration fee.
Students who have requested a registration in a Pathway Program in order to obtain a visa may only request a refund in accordance with the regulations they hace signed in the General Terms and Conditions for Requesting Documents to obtain a Visa.
CANCELLATION BY THE STUDENT ON GROUNDS OF FORCE MAJEURE
As a general rule, cancelling a course’s registration, cancelling an activity’s registration, or cancelling the accommodation application will not imply being reimbursed of the amounts paid. Only due to decease or severe illness or accident will students be entitled to the reimbursement of the proportional part of the service which they will not be provided for.
CANCELLATION BY THE CENTRE ON GROUNDS OF FORCE MAJEURE
If the Language Centre cancels a service, students will be informed as far in advance as possible and the complete amounts paid will be reimbursed to them through the same form of payment used.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and LSSI), the interested party has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. The period is counted from the day the contract is signed. To exercise this right, the decision must be notified by email to

The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transport of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
