Can I participate in the activities if I am not a student at the University? Can a friend or relative visiting me take part in the activities?

Anyone over 18 can take part in these activities, whether or not they are a student at the University.

Is there a limited number of places for these activities?

All activities have a minimum and maximum number of participants.

How do I sign up for activities?

Contact the Language Centre to find out if there are still places on the activity you’re interested in. Make sure you sign up before the deadline has passed. Fill and hand in the registration form for the activity in question.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit card (for payments over 18 €) or by paying the fee into one of our bank accounts, giving your name, surname, and the activity you are signing up for. Our bank details are as follows: Banco Santander / Cuenta: 0049 6659 03 2816134203

Once I’ve signed up for an activity, when and how do I receive more information?

Two or three days before the activity is due to take place, you will receive an email giving the following information: times, meeting place, suggestions, etc. This information is also posted on the notice boards in the Language Centre.

Do I get a refund if I’m unable to take part in an activity?

If you send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., cancelling your registration before the registration deadline has passed, we will refund the entire fee. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply don’t turn up.

If the Language Centre cancels an activity, do I get a refund?

If the Language Centre cancels an activity, the entire fee paid is refunded using the same form of payment as the original payment.
